What products and services do BAUER POSTAL NETWORK offer?
Two products form the core of our business; magMAIL (standard periodicals / preferred periodicals) and flexMAIL (Infopost). In addition there is the flexMAIL FAMILY which contains a number of additional services.
What lead-time does BAUER POSTAL NETWORK have?
Generally, lead-times are standardised. Individual solutions and detailed information are available from your personal customer consultant.
Which product group handles Infopost?
flexMAIL offers your Infopost a variety of individual and creative possibilities. The only requirements being: Your customised Infopost and/or shipment weighs 1000 gram or under (inquire for marginally higher weights!) and must fit in the standard letterbox (approx. 350 mm lenght x 250 mm wide x 25 mm high).
Which shipment types can be delivered using BPN?
Where do I find a price-list or a price for the products?
Because every customer has specific requirements, factors such as circulation, weight, amount and split versions can influence the price calculation in different ways. We will happily offer you a tailor-made quotation to meet your personal specifications.
How high is the minimum delivery quantity?
For Infopost, the minimum delivery quantity is 10,000 shipments in a nationwide delivery. If a regional delivery is required, there is a smaller minimum delivery quantity. In this case, please speak with your customer consultant.
Can I send my parcels with the BAUER POSTAL NETWORK?
No, unfortunately not. Yet we will happily pass your order to one of our partners. Please contact your customer consultant.
Can shipments also be delivered abroad using the BAUER POSTAL NETWORK?
BAUER POSTAL NETWORK has partners in many European countries, for example: England, Switzerland, Austria, France and the Netherlands. If your country is not on the list, call your personal customer consultant straight away!
How is delivery quality controlled?
Amongst our quality control methods are included the use of Address and Redress tests. These are conducted and analysed by external measurement and control institutes.
What happens to undelivered mail?
The undelivered mail is digitally collected by BPN, analysed and compiled in a report. The customer can receive a report on their undelivered shipments if required.
Are there any more services on offer?
With its multitude of different services, the flexMAIL FAMILY rounds off our product range. We can help you with your production needs (flexMAIL print) and can widen your target group - address data (flexMAIL address) or increase the receiver attention and response rate (flexMAIL notes). Of course, we will happily prepare you an individual quotation.

All business customers who would like BAUER POSTAL NETWORK to deliver preferred periodicals, standard periodicals, Infopost, catalogues, samples and/or addressed shipments.
